Abstract: SERS spectra of thiamin (Th), thiamin diphosphate (ThDP), analogues of their pyrimidine (P) and thiazol (Tz) components, as well as pyruvate (PYR) adsorbed on hyd-rosoles and silver electrodes at various potentials are investigated. It is shown that Th adsorbs on hydrosoles by means of heteroatoms and NH2-group of pyrimidine, whereas on electrodes S-heteroatom also participates. N- and S-heteroatoms of Tz and diphosphate group play an important role in the connection of TDP with the surface. Geomerty of the ThDP adsoption depends substantially on the surface potential. PYR molecules are connected with the surface mainly by means of carboxylic group. Specific interaction of ThDP PYR induced by the surface were detected. Structure of ThDP–PYR complex is sensitive to change of the surface potential.
