Abstract: Affinity chromatography on covalently immobilized oligonucleotides has been used to isolate a fragment (302-mer) of the tick-borne encephalitis virus single-stranded DNA and an oligonucleotide (34-mer) from reaction mixtures, and to separate mixtures of octathymidylates modified at internucleotide phosphates into fractions of diastereoisomers.
