Abstract: Preparation of biospecific sorbents of the polysaccharide type involving different phospholipid ligands is described. By means of affinity chromatography, the formation of the phospholipase A2 – phospholipid complex was quantitatively characterized. Two types of the complexes are formed on this sorbents, with lipid – enzyme ratios (40–154): 1 and (5–7): 1 depending on the lipid concentration. Choice of biospecific sorbents for affinity chromatography of phospholipase A2 is discussed.
