Selective Amplification of Evolutionarily Conserved Expressed Sequences

Abstract: An efficacious method of cloning to sequences common to two cDNAs was proposed. The method was used for constructing a library of expressed sequences evolutionarily conserved for human and hamster. The library almost entirely consists of highly conserved clones.
